Project Summary
The project consisted of the design of a new manufacturing plant and Division headquarters for the Echlin Automotive CVS Group located  in the Beaverdam Industrial Park in Haywood County.  The facility produces remote control mirrors and other commercial vehicle parts for sale to after markets and OEM customers.  The facility employs over 250 assembly workers on three shifts.  The manufacturing area is completely air conditioned and houses employee support facilities and engineering offices.  The 25,000 square foot two story office provides support for sales, marketing and customer service, as well as, a large conference room and training areas for management and technical staff.  This facility will be the anchor tenant for a new upscale industrial park in western North Carolina.
