Located on a 10 acre site in the International Business Park in Concord, North Carolina the project included the construction of 5 buildings with office and warehouse space totaling 126,400 square feet with and 18' clear height.  The buildings were constructed using concrete tilt-up panels with a steel frame structure.

The first phase of the project was the construction of the five shell buildings.  The second phase of the project was the upfit of each space as the buildings were leased.
