Project Summary
Quality Metal Products, Inc. is a manufacturer of fabricated and stamped steel components for the automotive and trucking industry.  This new facility replaces an aging facility near by and effectively triples the capacity of the existing structure.  The building is constructed of insulated precast concrete panels with a steel frame structure.  The office area has metal stud construction with an exterior insulation finish system skin plus an aluminum storefront and curtain wall window system.  The facility includes 153,000 square feet of manufacturing area and 23,000 square feet of office area.  The building also contains large capacity bridge cranes and drive through truck bays for loading and unloading.

The project is located on a 20 acre site in the Southridge Industrial Park and includes parking for 220 employees, truck docks and service roads.
