Project Summary
The Derr Track Improvements project consists of adding a new entrance, new public toilets and seating, and general upgrades to the existing grandstands, new open air press box, new visiting and home team meeting buildings, new track storage and a new enclosed batting cage building.  Other work includes general site improvements such as replacing a failed pervious paving system,renovating an existing tunnel entrance to the site, adding new decorative fencing throughout and adding a new stairway leading from Cates Avenue to the field level.  All buildings are brick with metal roofs.
