Project Summary
The Abbey Place Office Building expansion consisted of the construction of medical office shell space. The building was designed for flexibility to allow for multi or single tenant upfits. In order to provide the required number of parking spaces, the building was elevated to accommodate 25 covered parking spaces that access the office level by elevator.
