Residential Unit Renovations at Aldersgate Retirement Community

Project Summary
The project consisted of two phases. The first phase was to convert existing R-2 residential units (1 and 2 bedroom) to include full kitchens. Twelve units were converted.

The second Phase was to convert the entire 3rd floor from R-2 Residential to I-2 Residential. This included the addition of a small kitchen, a dining area, living room space and individual unit upgrades, which included enlarging some units, renovating toilet areas and overall finishes. These assisted care units were designed to give a “home-like” feeling for the residents.
