Project Summary
The project consists of the design of a new Corporate Headquarters, Manufacturing and Distribution Facility for PreGel USA. The facility is located on a 20 acre tract in the International Business Park in Concord, North Carolina.

The facility also includes PreGel’s Customer Service, Training and Lab Areas, as well as, a 6 unit residential component for local and international staff.

The building was constructed using conventional steel framing with insulated precast panels and glass curtain wall.
