Infrastructure Expansion Phase III Central Energy Plant

Project Description
The Central Energy Plant building is approximately 4,300 sf and has been designed in a modified Georgian style to blend with the existing campus architecture. The building will house two 600 ton chillers, five condensing type boilers and supporting electrical to serve six buildings on campus. The outside cooling equipment will be screened using a combination of low brick walls and large maturing evergreen trees.
