Project Summary
The project included of the entire renovation of the old Charter Pines Hospital into the new Christenbury Eye Center. Site work included the addition of 50 parking spaces plus first and second level drop off canopies. The first floor was completely reconstructed to provide a new entry lobby, greeting area, optical center, accounts department, 24 eye exam rooms, two laser surgery areas, testing rooms and other related spaces.

The second level includes four new operatory areas with post op areas, nursing station, private patient rooms with additional support areas. The second level has been designed to accommodate a future expansion of four additional operatory areas.
