Project Summary
The project consisted of the construction of a three story 59,000 SF Classroom, Administration and Media Center building for the Richmond County Junior High School. The project had three Phases. Phase I was the construction of the 33 classroom building in the area of an existing plaza. Phase II was the demolition of a 45,000 SF classroom building and Phase III was the construction of the Administration and Media Center areas. The School continued to use the existing classroom building during Phase I. Students were moved into the Phase I building after its completion and occupied that building during Phase II and III work.
