Project Summary
Cureton Town Center is a village style shopping center located south of Charlotte near Waxhaw, North Carolina. Phase I of the development includes a Harris Teeter food store (designed by others) and 25,800 square feet of specialty shops. The small shops are designed to reflect period style architecture with a blend of design materials representing the look and fee of a small town. Several shops are designed for restaurant build outs with 2-story spaces and large second level windows.

Phase II will expand the development to a total of 435,000 square feet of specialty retail.
