Project Summary
Alexander Village, located in Durham County, N.C. will have 24 small shops flanking a large anchor tenant in approximately 111,000 square feet. The center, traditional in its design and detailing, will use local brick, precast accents, and slate roofing. A clock tower signals the entrance into an arcade with exposed steel roof trusses. Small vendors, shop display windows and outdoor restaurant seating will share the space giving the arcade an open air market feel. Out parcels will be occupied by national retailers as well as businesses local to the Durham area.
