Revlon, Inc. Manufacturing and Distribution Center Expansion

The expansion incorporated off-site divisions relocated to the Oxford plant. The expansion included 180,000 square feet of Production space, 190,000 square feet of high bay storage, 35,000 square feet of Distribution Staging and 34,000 square feet of shipping and receiving docks. In addition, the distribution offices were expanded and employee cafeteria facilities were added.

Subsequent phases added 60,000 square feet of office mezzanine, including the addition of employee locker rooms and an expansion of the cafeteria facilities. Modifications to the existing plant to accommodate a new production line were also a part of the project.
